Hydrocyclone Ceramic Liners & Apex Nozzles
We specialize in manufacturing alumina ceramic apex nozzles and underflow outlets with alumina content ≥95%. The company uses cold isostatic pressing (CIP) technology, achieving a product density of 3.65-3.71 g/cm³. As a result of the high density and compact microstructure, the products offer superior wear resistance, which effectively reduces replacement frequency and extends service life in abrasive operating conditions.
During hydrocyclone operation, abrasive slurry travels at high velocity along the internal surfaces, causing severe erosion, particularly around the feed zone, cone and apex/spigot. Wear-resistant ceramic liners protect these high-wear areas and help maintain the designed internal geometry over a longer service period.
